Mini quiche with chicken and cream
Ingredients:
Two cans of Compass Chicken in own juice
400 grams of cooking cream
One package of pastry dough
2 eggs
One package of mozzarella, cut into pieces
Thyme
Parsley
Nutmeg
Salt and pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 170℃ with a fan;
2. Use a 12 pieces muffin tray and lubricate it;
3. Place four layers of pastry dough on top of each other and cut 12 circles with a diameter larger than the diameter of the muffin cup;
4. Press each piece down to the bottom of the muffin cup. In each muffin cup there has to be a circle made of four layers of pastry dough, one on top of the other;
5. In a bowl whisk the eggs and add the cooking cream;
6. Add salt, pepper, nutmeg, parsley and thyme for taste;
7. Put a few pieces of the chicken in each muffin cup. Pour the mix of cooking cream and eggs and shred some mozzarella on top;
8. Bake for 40 minutes and then.
