
Beef Hot Dogs

Products:
3 cans of Compass Beef in own juice
5 hot dog buns
½ onion
2 garlic cloves
100 g BBQ sauce
Red onion (for topping)
For serving: fries, pickles
Method of preparation:
1. Heat a little olive oil in a large pan and sauté the finely chopped onion and garlic until soft. Add the shredded beef and cook for about 5 minutes over medium heat until warmed through.
2. Remove the pan from the heat, pour in the BBQ sauce, and mix until the meat is nicely coated.
3. Fill each hot dog bun with the beef mixture and top with sliced red onion.
