
Lavash Chicken Pizza
Products:
• 3 cans of Compass chicken in own juice
• 3 lavash flatbreads
• Pizza tomato sauce
• Grated mozzarella
• A few fresh mushrooms
• Dried oregano
• Fresh basil
• Olive oil
Method of preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Drain the canned chicken and shred it into small pieces.
3. Place the lavash flatbreads on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
4. Spread a thin, even layer of tomato pizza sauce over each flatbread.
5. Sprinkle with grated mozzarella, then add the chicken and thinly sliced mushrooms, spreading them evenly. Finish with a pinch of dried oregano.
6. Bake for 8–10 minutes, until the mozzarella melts and turns lightly golden and the edges of the lavash become crispy.
7. Carefully remove from the oven and, while still warm, top with fresh basil and a drizzle of olive oil.
