Small pancakes (blini) with paste
Products for pancakes:
120 g white flour
a pinch of salt
200 ml. fresh milk
1 egg
40 g grated cheese
2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
1 can of Compass Appetite pate
Vegetables of choice – cucumbers, peppers, radishes
Method of preparation:
1. Mix the flour with salt in a large bowl. In another bowl, stir the egg and add the milk. Pour the egg-and-milk mixture into the flour and stir well with a spoon. Add the grated cheese and parsley, and mix;
2. Heat a large frying pan and smear with a little amount of olive oil or butter at medium temperature;
3. Pour teaspoons of the mixture into the pan, one at a time, at distance from one another, as many as you can collect in a pan;
4. Bake for about a minute or until bubbles appear on the surface. Turn over with caution and bake on the other side. Repeat until you have used up entire dough;
5. Serve with Apetit paste and fresh vegetables;
