Spring rolls with chicken
Ingredients for 9 rolls:
3 cans Compass Chicken in own juice
Pie crusts
300g of fresh spinach
2 handfuls of green onions, chopped
A handful of finely chopped parsley
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
100g mozzarella, grated or cow’s cheese Olive oil Salt and pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Heat some olive oil in a deep pan. Cook the spinach until soft, season with salt and pepper and transfer to a bowl;
2. In the same pan, heat a little more olive oil and fry the onion, garlic, parsley and meat. Return the spinach to the pan and mix. Set aside to cool slightly, then add the cheese and mix; 3. Roll the rolls using one crust for each roll and two / three tablespoons of the mixture;
Preparation:
• In the oven: Preheat the oven to 200°C. Arrange the rolls in a shallow pan, grease them with a bit of oil and bake until golden;
• Fried: Fry until golden in a pan with oil ;
• In the Airfryer: Coat the rolls with a little bit of olive oil and bake them for 12 minutes at 180°C;
