Pasta with beef and tomato sauce
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons of olive oil
1 finely chopped onion
3-4 cloves of chopped garlic
1 Compass beef in natural sauce can
400 ml of tomato pasta sauce
1 sprig of fresh thyme
Salt and pepper
300 g of tagliatelle
Grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. Fry the onion and garlic in a large deep skillet until brown. Add the meat and mix well. Add the tomato sauce, season with thyme, salt and pepper. Cook the sauce until boiling, then turn off the heat.
2. Cook the pasta to the instructions on the packaging. Strain it while setting aside a cup of the water in which it was cooked. Pour the pasta into the sauce and mix well. If your sauce is very thick dilute it with a little of the hot water set aside.
3. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
