Breaded Luncheon meat
Products for pancakes:
2 cans of Compass Luncheon meat
3 pcs eggs
3- 4 spoons of flour
Salt and pepper to taste
For garnish:
Tomato sauce, pickled gherkins
Method of preparation:
1. For breading: In a bowl, stir the eggs with the flour until you get a thick mash (add extra flour if it’s necessary) Season the breading to taste with salt and pepper;
2. You must heat the oil in a deep saucepan;
3. Carefully remove the Luncheon meat from the can by passing a knife along the edge of the whole can. Then cut into small pieces and dip into the breading mixture;
4. Fry in hot oil until it is ready;
5. You can serve it with pickled gherkins and tomato sauce.
